| | How should physicians respond to job match notifications?
Some of the physicians registered with OneStopMD have questioned what they should do after receiving an email notifying them that there is a new job match. We want to be sure that everyone knows how our system works.
Before applying for any job matches, take the time to fill in as much information as possible in your personal profile. You can edit and add to your profile by clicking on ‘Edit Profile.’ Recruiters need this information to be able to determine if you meet the requirements of the position. Some employers and recruiters will not consider a physician that does not give them information. Remember, your information will only be seen by those who you send it to. You will know where that information is and who has it! We do not give out your information, only you can do that. You are in control.
When you get an email from OneStopMD notifying you that you have a job match, log into your OneStopMD home page and click on MY JOB MATCHES in the upper right hand of the page. This will show you the jobs that match your requirements. Click on the job listings to see the details of the position. If you are interested in applying for a job click APPLY NOW, and the recruiter or employer will be sent an email with your contact information. They will review your information and let you know if you meet the requirements of the position and if you do, they will be in contact with you. You can keep notes on the placement process on your MY JOB MATCHES page with the note pad provided.
If you have any questions of comments about OneStopMD, please let us know. We want to be a recruitment site that you want to use. Tell us what you want in a recruitment web-site. We want to hear from you.
Sincerely,
The Staff of OneStopMD

| | How do I post a job on OneStopMD?
OneStopMD is not your traditional recruitment website. Doctors have told us that they want a website that protects their personal information. They said that they don’t appreciate their information being posted on the web and the security issues this implies. That’s why OneStopMD puts doctors in control of their job search and why doctors like us so much.
Since doctors have control on OneStopMD, the only way that you will be able to contact them is if they see one of your job postings and apply for the position.
To post a position on OneStopMD follow these instructions:
- Log into the site by going to the Home page www.onestopmd.com.
- In the upper right hand corner click on ALREADY REGISTERED? LOG IN HERE.
- Enter your email address and your password. When you click LOG IN you will be taken to your own recruiting home page. From this page you can control your entire recruiting process.
- Just above the banner ad you will see links where you can connect to pages where you can, Post New Job - My Applicants - My Jobs - My Profile
- Click on POST NEW JOB.
- You can give your posting your own Job ID # to help track it. This is optional.
- Fill in as many database “Fields” as possible. Your job will be matched with physicians that have requested positions based on specialty, location to and other criteria.
- Make you job Title a “GRABBER”. You want to get their attention!
- Give as much information as you can in the description as you can. List benefits, special equipment and other unique features of the position.
After you have given as much information as possible click POST JOB at the bottom of the page to have your position sent for approval. We preview postings to assure that the content is acceptable and in accordance with our posting guidelines listed in the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) link at the bottom of each page of the website.
After your job has been approved by the staff at OneStopMD, the job will then be emailed to our physicians. These physicians will only be emailed if they meet your job requirements. The physicians will view your job and have the option to apply for it.
Once a physician has applied for your position, you will receive an email from OneStopMD notifying you that an applicant has applied.
Once logged in, you will be able to view the candidate(s) and have the opportunity to utilize our special tools for our employers/recruiters.
Create a job today! See what OneStopMD has to offer you!
