For OneStopMD to help you find the job you want we ask that you complete our online, password-protected registration. This allows you to provide us with all of your personal and professional information so that we can offer you job opportunities that best meet your interests and abilities. Registering on our website is not a guarantee of job placement. When you register, we realize that we ask for very confidential information from you, and we want you to know that we treat this with the highest degree of privacy possible. No information is released to anyone without your permission - permission is granted when you choose to APPLY for a position. At that time your information is made viewable by that recruiter or employer only. They are to use your information for only the positions that you APPLY for. If you have problems with employers or recruiters that use OneStopMD please report them to staff@onestopmd.com .
Employers and Recruiters
OneStopMD allows only physicians to view or browse job postings. We do our best to assure you security for your listings. Any recruiter that is detected posing as a physician to view others job postings will be removed from the site. OneStopMD does not guarantee that a candidate will be found for your job listing. Employers and Recruiters accept the sole responsibility for the contents of their job postings. While we have no responsibility for the jobs posted, OneStopMD reserves the right to edit or remove any job posting that we determine to be in violation of our sites standards of ethics or for any other reason we may find necessary. Job postings are to follow the guidelines given by those who set the standards for physician recruiting. Those guidelines are posted below and are given to help protect the site and to protect you.
Job Posting Guidelines:
- Site users shall not in the course of its advertising, marketing, or other communications make a false or misleading statement about its organization, Firm or services, or about another organization or its services. A statement will be considered false if:
- it contains a material misrepresentation that violates the spirit of the Code of Ethics or omits a fact which would make the statement as a whole or in part misleading;
- it is likely to create an unjustified expectation about the results the site user can achieve, or states or implies promised results which, if achieved, will violate any applicable law;
- Site users that post a listing shall ensure that such opportunities in fact exist at the time of making such listing.
- No Site user or shall knowingly or unknowingly post jobs on OneStopMD, e-mail, or in any correspondence or communication unlawfully discriminate or appear to unlawfully discriminate or violate government employment laws or regulations.
- Any Recruiter who holds an advanced degree (including but not limited to: MD, DO, DDS, DVM, PhD) entitling him or her to use the prefix "doctor" must clearly identify him or herself as a Recruiter in any contact, written or oral, with a Candidate.
- A site user shall not, in any form of communication, use language which is obscene, sexually explicit, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, false, inaccurate, misleading, embarrassing to any other person or entity or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as privacy and publicity) of others.
- A site user which belongs to a "network" of organizations which recruits individuals shall not share source information derived from OneStopMD services unless the other network participants are also contracted to receive this information; including but not limited to: physicians who have registered with the OneStopMD. (You can not post jobs for others that do not have an account with OneStopMD.)
OneStopMD reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting such changes on the website with the effective date of change. It is the responsibility of the user to periodically review the Terms & Conditions. We will endeavor to keep things as simple as possible. By keeping our site security tight, we can keep our terms simple.
